In any case, you receive defective or damaged product because of the mishandling or some other reasons or when the delivered products do not match with the product description specified on the website we will offer exchange and refund facility to the customers. We offer all possible solutions such as product exchange, replacement and also amount refund within few days after the notice in the guarantee period. Whatever customers purchase from us is supported by buyer protection for 7 days since the date of delivery.
While coming across any defective or damaged product, customers may request for the replacement of part without any extra cost. But, when they want to return the product then buyer needs to pay the return shipping. Thus, it is requested that the customers contact us for all information about interesting products before buying. The return policy for every product differs.If in case any damage when returning the item due to mishandling or not proper packing buyer will bear the cost of damage.
The resulting policy is simple and easy with few steps needed to be followed. Customers must contact the customer care facility and offer their order ID along with other particulars. In addition, they should also confirm their return request to the customer care executives and the customers will then be informed regarding the address and other information. The policy of return does not applicable for used products and also for those products with labels scratched off or price tags taken off. Also, the original invoice and packing material along with the product is compulsory.
If the buyer will change his mind on the same day we will be happy to change or cancel customer order.Once the order has been dispatched we can not change or cancel customer order but once customer will receive his order they can return back to us at his own cost.
